DESCRIPTION

Inventing is difficult but manufacturing is easy with the "Verial Manufacturing" system, from the customer order to the invoice in 4 simple steps.

FEATURES

Verial planning

Creation of manufacturing profiles, in which we can:

Define up to 55 different data entry fields.

Decide whether to adjust the technicians' hours based on the machines and how to calculate the cost/price.

Establish the default label model for the boxes and for the manufactured item.

This process transforms raw materials into a final product. During the process, it is possible to indicate the hours spent, which operators have done the work and how much time they have spent on each of the manufacturing tasks, machinery used, etc.

This process consists of 4 parts:

1º Tasks.

2º Manufacturing staff.

3º Manufacturing process.

4º Generation of documents:

    Invoices.

    Delivery notes.

    Departures from the warehouse.

    Warehouse entries.

Verial planning

In this screen we will determine the different types of processes that will be carried out (elaboration, packaging, packing...) during the manufacture of the products, (it is not necessary to create tasks if they are not going to be used).

Verial planning

They are very useful, save time and increase efficiency.

They allow you to define manufacturing processes and save them for future occasions.

In the table of items to be manufactured we can add as many items as we want to manufacture in the same process, if necessary.

In the article to be manufactured we can indicate the machinery used, the tasks to be carried out indicating at what time they will be performed and how long they will last, the phases and work centres, the operators involved and the time spent by them, the raw materials used for manufacture, costs and prices, etc.

Verial planning

In this process we will select one of the previously created templates and proceed to manufacture.

We will be able to associate to the manufacturing process the order or the document of the client who requested it and to modify the times of the manufacture in case some unforeseen event arises and/or they have to be changed.

Finally we will indicate which documents will be generated, which prices will be taken to make the calculation, the units manufactured, the batch and the expiry date, what to do with the manufacturing surpluses if any, etc.

We will also be able to see the hours dedicated to the manufacturing processes of each operator per day and the labels that will be generated for the products and the packaging.

Get reports of all the manufacturing processes carried out, being able to filter by customers, dates, articles, etc.

Possibility to choose between different report models to show the selected information
